2lb Bread Machine Pizza Dough Recipe
This recipe was developed for a 2lb bread machine pan. You can use a stand mixer or knead by hand if desired.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 7-9 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions

Place the first 5 ingredients in the bread machine pan and add 6 cups of flour.

Turn bread machine on to "dough" setting and start machine.

Watch dough and add more flour if dough appears sticky.

Allow dough to finish cycle, usually it is 90 minutes long, and prepare pizza your favorite way.
