2 cups Ketchup
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Spread wings in single layer in large shallow pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours(if frozen) at 400-450F. Turn occasionally
