Can you believe it!!! We have had our chicks for two weeks now. They are doing very well and doing what chicks do best: eat, drink and make a mess in their box. Yesterday, we took them outside for a little while so we could clean up their box. Here are a few pictures of them.

Jif, the all white chick, has gotten lots of feathers on this wings and tail already. The other three chicks have some feathers on their wings, but not as many as Jif. The brown chick, Gimpie, is the chick that had foot problems when it first hatched. It’s doing great now and you would never know that there was any problem with him. He is also our most personable chick. He loves to be held and just kind of hang out with the family. Who knew that I could get so attached to little chicks.
