Crockpot Sausage, Peppers and Onions
This easy meal is a staple in our home and makes an outstanding freezer meal in the fall, when I have an abundance of garden fresh bell peppers.

Cook Time 6 hours
Servings 12
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs hot or mild sausage links
- 4 green peppers (any color works)
- 2 large onions sliced into rings
- 1 can stewed tomatoes optional
Instructions

Slice your peppers and onions and place inside your slow cooker

Top with your sausage links and canned tomatoes, if using

Allow to cook 4-6 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low until sausage is tender

Slice sausage into rounds and serve on top of a bed of spaghetti
