These cookies were my great grandma’s recipe and she always made them for my mom. My aunt then started the tradition of making them for my mom’s birthday every year. The cookies are tender and sweet, filled with a wonderful, cooked raisin filling. These take a little extra time to assemble, but they are worth the effort.
I hope you enjoy this delicious, old fashion recipe!
