Happy Monday everyone!
It’s been one week of meal planning and things seem to be going pretty well. We only had one meal that turned into something else since I hadn’t fully prepared. That being said, everything went fairly smoothly and I really enjoyed having my meals planned out so that I knew what to expect that night.

For those of you who are new here, I have never, ever, ever attempted to meal plan. It seemed like a daunting task and one that I didn’t want to dedicate the time to. However, as my family has grown, meals become more and more difficulty to just throw together. I felt like I needed to try some intentional planning for our dinners.
Monday: Sausage pie (recipe coming soon)
Tuesday: Granny’s Delight – found in Fix It and Forget It
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: (Planned) Slow-cooker Enchiladas – found in Fix It and Forget It
(Actual) Spaghetti and garlic bread
Friday: Baked Ziti (no recipe, just a little bit here and there!)
Saturday: Baked ham
Sunday: Invited out for dinner
