Low-Carb Cheesy Italian Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 1.5-2lbs chicken breast tenders
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½-1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except chicken and mozzarella in a ziploc bag. Add chicken to bag, a few pieces at a time and shake well to coat.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Sprinkle leftover cheese/herb mixture over chicken.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken and return to oven until cheese is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
