One-Pot Slow Cooker Beef and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 2 lbs ground beef uncooked
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 lb frozen peas
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 tbsp beef bullion
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place peeled and sliced potatoes in greased slow cooker.

  2. Roughly break up ground beef into chunks and place on top of potatoes.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the beef. 

  4. Mix top layer of ingredients, leaving potato layer intact.

  5. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
