Some one had suggested that I use pork neck bones in my spaghetti sauce to make this out-of-the-world crock pot spaghetti sauce. I decided to give it a try. All I can say is that it is AMAZING!!! The neck bones make all the difference in the sauce. With very little hands on time, this sauce comes together in a snap and is ready when you are. Because the neck bones are rather inexpensive, this makes an outstandingly flavorful sauce for very little.
