Sourdough (discard) Whole Grain Pancakes
This recipe uses freshly ground flax and oatmeal to boost the nutrition of these pancakes. It's a great way to use up you discard as well.

Ingredients
- ½ cup sour dough discard
- 1 cup rolled oats, ground
- 1/4 cup flax seeds, ground
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3.4-5 cups milk
- pinch Salt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Put oats and flax in powerful blender and blend until flour type consistency.

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.. You may need to add a bit more milk to achieve the correct pancake batter type consistency.
