Soy-Ginger Marinade for Chicken or Pork
This is a staple for our family and making freezer meals that are ready to be baked or grilled on a busy week night.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
Instructions

Mix everything together and pour over chicken or pork (about 2-3 pounds of meat)

Marinate for 6-12 hours in refrigerator or place meat and marinade in gallon freezer bag and freeze.
