Anyone can make this bread and it comes out delicious every time!
Place all of the ingredients in a stand mixer and put on the knead setting and knead for 10 minutes. Add more flour if necessary, until dough is soft but not sticky.
Lightly grease two large, approximately 13"x4" loaf pans. Shape the dough into two loaves and place in prepared pans.
Cover and allow to rise in a warm place until dough is just beginning to crest the top of the loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
Allow to cool before slicing.
